Music depends on the yacht’s sound system — you can connect your own device. Bigger decoration, DJ, food, photographer, and video can be added on request.
Can we bring our own DJ or playlist?
Yes. You can connect a phone or laptop to the onboard sound system, or we can bring in a DJ. Either works on all available yachts. Let us know which option you’d prefer when you book.
Can we organise a surprise birthday on board?
Yes, and it’s one of the most popular formats. The crew is briefed in advance so the yacht is fully set up before guests arrive, and the decoration, cake, and music are kept out of sight until the right moment. Share the plan with your manager and we’ll shape the boarding around it.

Most birthdays follow the main coastal route past Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis, Bluewaters, and Ain Dubai, with a stop near the skyline for photos. For evening birthdays we time the route so you’re at the best viewpoint as the lights come on.

Birthday packages start with 2 hours. Two hours can work well for a small, simple birthday. For a more relaxed birthday with sunset timing, photos, food, or a bigger group, 3–4 hours is usually better. Extra hours are charged at the yacht’s normal hourly rate.
What time should the party start?
Sunset boarding is the most popular option, typically around 5 PM in winter and 6 PM in summer. That gives you golden-hour photos, a skyline-lit cruise, and a comfortable end time. Daytime, late-evening, and overnight formats are also available.
Are children allowed on board for a birthday?
Yes. Children are welcome on all available yachts and child-size life jackets are kept on board as standard. If you’re planning a kids’ birthday or family celebration, mention it when you enquire so we can prepare.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
All safety calls are made by the captain. If conditions are unsafe to depart, your booking is rescheduled to the next available date with no fee. You won’t lose your deposit and we’ll work with you to find a new date that works for the group.
