Booking Confirmation

How your booking is confirmed

We keep the booking process clear from the first message. Here is how it works once you choose a yacht and time:

Final price is confirmed before any deposit. You see the full price in writing first.
A 30% deposit secures the yacht and time slot. Your date and yacht are held once the deposit is made.
The remaining balance is due before departure. Cash on the day can be arranged and confirmed in advance, and card payment links and bank transfers are also available. Any applicable VAT and any payment-method fee are shown clearly in your written quote before payment.
You receive a confirmation on WhatsApp. A receipt voucher and booking confirmation are sent so everything is clear before your trip.

What happens if weather affects the trip?
If the Coast Guard does not issue a sailing permit because of weather or sea conditions, the trip can be rescheduled or fully refunded. The Coast Guard permit decision is the final authority on whether a yacht can sail. We will guide you on the options if this happens.
