From 20 guests to 500+ — one yacht or multiple, fully coordinated.
Tell us your guest count and event type — we’ll recommend the most suitable setup.
Large group bookings need more coordination — but not from you. Here’s how it works:
Groups beyond around 75 guests are coordinated across two or more yachts berthed together at Dubai Harbour. The setup is planned so the evening feels like one event, not a split group on separate boats. Here is how that actually works.
Every yacht in the setup is coordinated through one Marinova point of contact. Yacht allocation, catering, timing, and branding are handled centrally so nothing conflicts across vessels.
Guests board from piers close enough to feel like one arrival point. Staff direct people to the right yacht by name-check lists, so there are no queues and no confusion on the pier.
The same catering programme runs across every yacht. Guests get the same menu, the same service, and the same presentation whichever boat they are on.
All yachts cast off together, follow the same coastal route, and return to the same pier at the same time. Guests see the same views at the same moment.
At swim stops or anchor points, tenders link the yachts so guests can move between them. The format encourages the group to mix rather than stay siloed on separate boats.
The night winds down with shared timing across the fleet. Guests disembark in sequence from the same pier, with transfers coordinated from one point.
The exact format depends on guest count, event type, and the yachts best suited to the occasion. We recommend the setup once we know your group.
These are available on request and priced with your booking:
The bigger the group, the more moving parts. That’s our job — tell us what you want and we make sure it’s ready.
Around 10 guests.
Around 20 guests.
Around 30+ guests, depending on the yacht.
The tier-card prices above cover single-yacht bookings up to around 30 guests. For larger groups on a bigger yacht or coordinated across multiple yachts, we quote per project rather than per hour. The three shapes below give a sense of where project-scale bookings typically land, before 5% VAT.
Every quote is itemised. Yacht time, catering per head, branding, and any extras appear as separate lines so you see the full picture before committing. View standard pricing.
Larger bookings need more lead time. Not because the planning is complicated, but because yacht availability, catering capacity, and vendor bookings all get tighter as the date gets closer. Here is a practical guide on when to start the conversation.
If your event is sooner than the guidance above, send us a message anyway. Smaller groups at short notice often work, and even the larger scenarios sometimes have unexpected availability if the right yacht is free.
Most bookings include the core items below. Final inclusions are confirmed in writing for your selected yacht before payment.
Add-ons and event extras are quoted on top based on your requirements.
Large group bookings have more moving parts than any other format we handle. The coordination that makes a 20-guest birthday feel easy gets multiplied across 100, 200, or 500-plus guests. The way we work is designed so the buyer never has to feel the complexity.
No handoffs between teams. The same person who takes your first message coordinates yacht allocation, catering, branding, AV, and on-day delivery. When something needs a decision, you speak to one person.
For bookings at this scale, we share a full written plan covering yacht, timing, catering, branding, guest flow, and payment terms. You see the whole picture before anything is signed.
Events coordinated from 20 guests through to 500-plus. The operation runs on what we have already learned across prior projects, not on guesswork for your date.
Every quote is broken down line by line. Yacht time, catering per head, branding, extras, and VAT all listed separately. The final invoice matches the quote, and you know exactly what each line covers.
Send us your group size and occasion — we’ll come back with the right setup, the right yachts, and a full quote.
