These terms explain how the Marinova website works and what applies when you book a private yacht through Marinova. They may be updated from time to time. The most recent version is always on this page.
What Marinova does
Marinova is a premium Dubai yacht booking specialist and curated yacht booking service. We help guests choose and arrange a private yacht booking in Dubai, with trips departing from Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour.
Marinova coordinates the booking. Each yacht is operated by its own licensed operator and professional crew. On-the-water safety and operations are managed by the crew under the relevant maritime authorities.
Website information
The information on this website is for general guidance only. Yacht availability, prices, photos, specifications, and what is included can change. Nothing on the website is a confirmed offer unless agreed with you directly and confirmed in writing.
Booking confirmation
Your booking is confirmed when we have agreed the final price and details with you in writing and received a 50% deposit to secure the yacht and time slot. The remaining balance is due before departure. The yacht departs only after full payment is completed. A booking confirmation and payment receipt are sent to you once the deposit is made.
Payments, cancellation, weather, and refunds
Payment can be made by payment link, bank transfer, or cash.

Whether a yacht can sail on any given day is decided by the Coast Guard, whose sailing-permit decision is final.
Yacht availability and changes
Availability and pricing are confirmed at the time of your enquiry. Details shown on the website are indicative. Marinova will confirm what applies to your specific booking in writing before you pay.
Guest responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your guest count, occasion details, and any special requests are shared with us before booking. If you are booking for a group, the person making the booking is responsible for making sure all guests follow the crew’s instructions.
If guests arrive late, the trip may still need to finish at the original scheduled end time.
Safety and conduct
Guests must follow the captain and crew’s safety instructions at all times. The captain and crew have the authority to make safety decisions on board. If safety instructions are not followed, the captain may end the trip at their discretion.
Extras and special requests
Extras such as decorations, catering, jet ski rental, a photographer, or a special setup must be confirmed in advance. Extras are not automatically included unless agreed in writing as part of your booking.
