Corporate bookings are usually quoted by event shape rather than raw hourly yacht hire. Catering, decoration, and coordination move the number as much as the yacht itself, so a flat hourly rate rarely tells the full story. The three shapes below give a sense of where corporate events typically land.

Small client hosting

What types of corporate events work best on a yacht?
Client hospitality, team off-sites, founder dinners, product launches, board retreats, and end-of-year celebrations all work well on the water. The format suits anything where you want a controlled environment, no other guests around, and a venue that doubles as the experience itself.
How many guests can a yacht corporate event accommodate?
Single-yacht bookings go from 15 guests on a smaller boat up to around 75 on our largest yacht. For groups beyond that, we coordinate multiple yachts berthed together so you keep one event with one experience across 200, 300, or 500-plus guests.
Do you provide a formal VAT invoice for company accounts?
Yes. We issue a fully compliant 5% UAE VAT invoice in your company name, with our TRN and an itemised breakdown of yacht time, hospitality add-ons, and any extras. Bank transfer and corporate card are both accepted.
Can the yacht be branded with our company logo?
Yes. We arrange flags, banners, signage, branded napkins, branded gift packs, and step-and-repeat photo backdrops. For larger budgets we can bring in printed wraps and bespoke set design. Send us your brand assets and we’ll come back with options.
How do you handle catering and dietary requirements?
Catering is built around your guest list. We work with established Dubai hospitality partners and can cover canapé service, plated dining, buffet stations, or live cooking. Halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific menus are standard, and we ask for the full list of requirements during planning so nothing is missed on the day.
Can you arrange AV, screens, microphones, or presentations on board?
Yes. Wireless microphones, portable screens, projectors, and audio links into the yacht sound system are all available. For product launches or board sessions we can bring in event-grade AV setups and a technician on board for the duration.
Is the event managed by a dedicated coordinator?
Yes. Each corporate booking is assigned a single coordinator who handles planning from the first message to event day. They are your one point of contact for the yacht, catering, AV, branding, and all logistics. On the day, the same coordinator is on the pier when guests arrive.
How far in advance should we book a corporate event?
For most dates, 3 to 4 weeks of lead time is comfortable. For peak season weekends in November to March, branded events with custom build-outs, or large multi-yacht setups, 6 to 10 weeks is safer. Message us with your date and we’ll tell you what’s still open.
Can you arrange multiple yachts for very large groups?
Yes. For groups beyond a single yacht’s capacity, we coordinate multiple yachts berthed together at Dubai Harbour with shared boarding, shared catering, and a unified guest experience across all vessels. We’ve delivered this format for groups of 200 to 500-plus.
How do you handle confidentiality for sensitive client or executive events?
Discretion is part of the standard. The crew is briefed not to publish photos or discuss the booking, the yacht is held privately for your group only, and we can arrange NDAs for catering and AV partners on request. Guest lists, agenda, and any company information stay between us.
